Akila c/o Cool Calm Studios: The Tangiers

After a well received collaborative effort with our friends Akila LA, it only made sense to take you on another tangible journey. With that, we present our newest narrative focused product, The Tangiers. Taking design cues from the vintage frames worn by the made men of 1960's Vegas, these new frames take oversized and exaggerated lines to a new heights. Just like its namesake, these frames are based in part on the infamous Scorsese film, Casino. Giving the same feelings we all had when Ace Rothstein had the strip in the palm of his hand. Made out of 100% Acetate with several nods to the film, such as Ace's classic philosophical musings and a "glitz" effect on the lenses… These are sure to up the ante in the landscape that is eyewear. We hope you enjoy our newest wear/ware offering. And remember... Relax, it's just fucking clothes.
