Return Policy

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the nature of our production, we are only able to accept returns for store credit minus shipping expenses. Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Customer must pay for any return shipping fees. Credit will be sent via email to use for future purchases. Please, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@coolcalmstudios.com.

Shipping Policy

Q: How long will my order take?

A: We always strive to ship out orders as soon as received. We are also consumers and know how the wait can feel. With that said, we will always do our best to ship orders within 7 days of their receipt. If you have any questions, our email is always open!

Q: Do you ship international?

A: At this time, we are not shipping outside of the United States. But, we have several stockists that offer international shipping that we can gladly connect you with. Feel free to reach out if you are an international customer looking to purchase. We will do everything we can to get you sorted.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and size. We offer several shipping methods to ensure there are options as far as price and expediency. Our carriers are UPS & USPS.
